Delivery may be delayed or even suspended due to local conditions and security concerns. Affected countries include:United Arab Emirates, Israel, Iraq, Iran, Egypt, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Bahrain, Jordan, and Lebanon.(2) Europe and Africa (Surrounding Regions)Due to spillover effects from the Middle East situation, both air and sea transportation to and from Europe and Africa are experiencing significant congestion. Vessel rerouting and frequent flight adjustments are causing substantial delivery delays. The exact delay duration may vary depending on how the situation develops.(3) Shipments to JapanMail and parcels sent from the above-mentioned regions (Middle East, Europe, and Africa) to Japan may also experience delays. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.2. Return Shipments and Shipping Fees(1) Customer DiscretionFor shipments to the affected regions, the decision to proceed is entirely at the customer’s discretion. Please make your choice based on your own needs.(2) Return PolicyIf a shipment cannot be delivered due to local conditions or further escalation of the situation and must be returned to Japan, we will provide a full refund of the shipping fee.Additionally, depending on how the situation evolves, shipments that have been accepted but not yet delivered may also be returned. To ensure your shipment is delivered smoothly and efficiently via DHL, please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Please confirm the following contact details and address information are valid and clear: - Include apartment/unit numbers (if the recipient lives in an apartment complex or multi-dwelling building, specify the room number/unit clearly). - Provide accurate street information (abbreviations or vague descriptions are unavailable). - Include the correct postal code and house number (if applicable, specify the floor and unit number). - Do not use PO Boxes or courier pickup locations; the address must be a location where delivery can be made directly. - Please respond promptly to the "On-Delivery Details (ODD)" notification sent by the carrier, confirming your available date and time for receipt. Effective Monday, July 7, 2025, an additional fee of 1,700 JPY will be charged for redelivery due to incomplete or inaccurate address information. You will receive an email notification regarding this fee, which will be automatically deducted from your Rakufun account balance.
